POULTRY ORDERING AND PACKING SYSTEM

This project is an automation of a traditionally manual process of taking customer orders, invoicing, packing goods and delivery. The system is developed for the Microsoft .NET platform, using the C# language and SQL Server database. Integrated with barcode scanners, printers and touchscreen monitors, the system significantly reduces human errors, speeds up business processes and enables the company to grow and expand its operations.

The system is currently live.

PACKING
Integrating with barcode readers in the packing room, employees can capture the weight of the products and the system automatically processes the invoices for each customer, significantly reducing time, effort and potential human errors.

TAKING ORDERS
Orders can be entered directly into the system from any supported browser, updating the database in real-time. The Johor Bahru office can now easily communicate the orders to the plant in Singapore.

COLLECTING PAYMENT
Payments owed or collected are reflected in the system. Management can print aging reports to determine financial status with the latest up-to-date orders and invoices.
